Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) Solutions-Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS) Requirement This requirement is for: Professional system analysis required for TF! and SeeSOR In-Service Support Department of National Defence. This requirement is only open to those invited Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the domain for Information Management/Business Intelligence for services valued greater than CKFTA up to $3.75 million. Zernam Enterprise Inc Description of the requirement: The Department of National Defence/Canadian Armed Forces (DND/CAF) uses a heavily customized Tabular Format (TF!) version 5 to manage post contract award changes and SeeSOR to manage Performance Measurement in support of various contracts for the provision of support services in several locations across the country. The individual contract management teams in the national capital region, employ TF! data to account for changes to the work defined within the various contracts, as well as, the application of variables such as foreign exchange, variation in quantity, escalation and performance incentive fees. Proposed period of contract: The period of the Contract is from date of Contract award to 31 March 2024 inclusive. Option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one additional year period 31 March 2025 under the same conditions.
