Description:
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)’s Citizenship Branch requires the services of equity, diversity and inclusion experts to conduct a review of the citizenship acquisition component (i.e., grants) of the Citizenship Program to identify any potential biases, systemic barriers and other factors that could have disparate or negative impacts on racialized client populations, and provide recommendations to mitigate them. The Citizenship Branch requires the contractor to review critical documents, analyse data, and perform relevant interviews to conduct this assessment and develop recommendations to advance racial equity, diversity and inclusion (REDI) within the Citizenship Program.
