BACKGROUND The Department of National Defence (DND) has a non-recurring requirement to procure a high frequency signal generator to support the electromagnetic reverberation chamber laboratory. Onward shipment from the delivery point to the consignee will be MDN's responsibility. All the deliverables must be ready for shipping within 30 days after Contract Award. REQUIREMENT Deliverables are detailed in full in Annex “A”- Statement of Requirement, of the Request for Proposal. The deliverables include the following: SMCV100V Vector Signal Generator Base Unit (Quantity: 1) For more details and exact specifications please see Annex “A”- Statement of Requirement, of the RFP. Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP will prevail. The Department of National Defence reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the responses it receives.
