Description of Work: The Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development (DFATD) manages Canada’s diplomatic and consular relations, promotes the country’s international trade, and leads Canada’s international development and humanitarian assistance. DFATD maintains Canadian government offices abroad with diplomatic and consular status on behalf of all government departments. The Client Relations and Information Technology Governance division (SIE) needs to modernize and mature its end-to-end systems development lifecycle and project management lifecycle processes. In addition, SIE also supports all of SID’s functions with business analysis and project management resources to deliver on various initiatives in the Bureau. SIE requires resources for the modernization, automation, design, development of the project management lifecycle and processes.
