NRC would like to procure the services of one or more firms with relevant safety and/or engineering experience with respect to hazardous energy control (HEC). The services would involve creating HEC procedures, placards and labels for each NRC-maintained machine, equipment and process according to the above CSA standard. In addition, the services will include the provision of training for authorized and affected employees.
