Part of the work of Canadian Missions is to advance political advocacy, access and influence around the globe. In launching the evaluation of the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI), the Evaluation Division (PRA) at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) discovered that the department lacked a consistent approach to measuring the results of these activities. PRA is seeking services to customize and apply a measurement framework and toolkit for political advocacy, access, and influence within the CFLI at Canadian missions abroad
