Employment and Social Development Canada has a requirement for the Workplace Assessment of the health of ESDC’s Income Security and Social Development (ISSD) Branch. This requirement is not subject to the provisions of any trade agreement. The price must not be equal or exceed $100,000.00 including customs and applicable taxes. Objective of the requirement: The objective is to obtain a workplace assessment and recommendations that will inform the Income Security and Social Development Branch (ISSD) senior management team on the degree to which our workplace (virtual) is Healthy, Inclusive and Respectful. The workplace assessment is expected to focus on the effectiveness of leadership, work ethics and civility in the workplace and, the environment of trust amongst employees at all levels. This includes: obtain baseline information on the organizational climate, on which to inform current and future corporate human resources projects and initiatives including the Workplace Culture Roadmap (WCR); delve into the issues identified in the employee surveys and consultation groups which affect the health of the Workplace in the ISSD Branch, including civility in the workplace, workload and work-life balance; and, provide an analysis that is as representative as possible of the concerns of ISSD employees, and includes gaps and recommendations for creating a workplace that is safe, respectful and inclusive. It is intended to result in the award of one contract. The contract will be for a period from Contract award date to September 30, 2022.
