This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) (the "Client") for Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) under the TSPS Supply Arrangement method of supply. 2.12 Evaluation Services Consultant #1 (Subject Matter Expert) - Registered Professional Forester One senior and one junior 2.12 Evaluation Services Consultant #2 (Subject Matter Expert) - Evaluation Services #2 (Subject Matter Expert) - Forest Ecologist or Forester One senior and one junior 2.12 Evaluation Services Consultant #3 (Subject Matter Expert) - Registered Professional Forester with a Restoration/Afforestation Specialty One senior and one junior 2.12 Evaluation Services Consultant #4 (Subject Matter Expert) - Urban Forest Practitioner or Urban Forest One senior and one junior Role: To carry out the review process of Two (2) Billion Trees (2BT) applications in accordance with Annex “A” – Statement of Work on an “as and when requested” basis through the issuance of Task Authorizations. 2.15 Facilitator Consultant One senior and two juniors Role: To coordinate and facilitate the participation of technical reviewers for the Expert Review Panel sessions to ensure a consistent, objective, transparent and fair review of all applications received on an “as and when requested” basis through the issuance of Task Authorizations. The services would also consist of taking notes of review panel sessions based on templates agreed to with NRCan. Up to a maximum of two (2) contracts may be awarded, one for each stream/category identified above. If one (1) bidder is recommended to be awarded for both stream/categories, one (1) contract may be awarded.
