Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for NAT21FCA, Facility Condition Assessment Services, Various Locations Across Canada (excluding Nunavut) Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish six (6) regional Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) to provide “as and when required” facility condition assessment services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at various location(s) across Canada. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents. The SOAs will be for an initial period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $14,750,000.00. Call-ups under the SOAs are expected to be valued between $100,000 and $300,000; there is no maximum Call-up value. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information. Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
