Notice of Proposed Procurement This requirement is for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). Objective: The Request for Proposal is for the delivery of Guard services for Inuvik, NWT Service Canada Centre (SCC), including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Service Canada Centers and Passport offices temporarily closed to the public in March 2020 due to the COVID pandemic. ESDC will now gradually reactivate service at Service Canada Centers (SCC) and Passport offices (PPT) in the Western region while ensuring appropriate health and safety considerations are in place. Service Canada/Employment Social Development Canada (ESDC) has a requirement for security guard services at their Inuvik, NWT Service Canada Centre (SCC). Proposed period of contract: The contract period is for an initial 6 month period, starting from date of contract award and up to seven (7) additional six (6) month option periods.
