TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement This requirement is for: Correctional Service Canada. This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category : 1.8 Staffing Consultant and 1.10 HR Assistant Consultant. Moshwa Aboriginal Information Technology Corporation, In Joint Venture 9. T.I.7 Inc. The Source Staffing Solutions Inc. in Joint Venture 10. Turtle Island Staffing Inc. Description of the Requirement: The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement to obtain the services of a Senior Staffing Consultant and a Junior HR Assistant Consultant to provide Indigenous Inventory Assistance to lead the revitalization and relaunch of the process, thereby creating a potential pool of partially qualified candidates. This could include screening, assessing, contacting potential candidates, revising tools, participating in candidate interviews, tracking results and creating partially qualified pools. Most screening materials have already been developed as part of this process, however the consultant(s) will be asked to review and refine those tools based on lessons learned. This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual. Level of Security Requirement: Company Minimum Security Level Required Protected B Resource Minimum Security Level Required Protected B Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award Date to August 31st, 2023. Estimated Level of Effort: The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 78 days per year for Staffing Consultant Resource and 52 days per year for HR Assistant Consultant.
