Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: Growth Chambers, Cambridge Bay, Nunavut Polar Knowledge Canada (POLAR) requires the supply, delivery, installation, testing and calibration, and training for one (1) walk-in size growth chamber to be delivered by March 31, 2023 to the Canadian High Arctic Research Station (CHARS), 1 Uvajuq Road, PO Box 2150, Cambridge Bay, Nunavut with the option to purchase three (3) additional units and additional components by March 31, 2026. This procurement is subject to the Agreement Between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada (the Nunavut Agreement). Canada’s free trade agreements pose no impediment to the inclusion of measures including set asides, for the benefit of Indigenous Peoples and businesses in a procurement. This applies to procurement obligations pursuant to all Modern Treaties (Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements). Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the bid will render the bid non-responsive.
