Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: CSA15-G8B Title: Bay 3 Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning System upgrade and refit Address: 3701 Carling Avenue, Ottawa Ontario K2H 8S2 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: To upgrade and refit the Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning System serving the ISO 14644 Class 7 Clean Room Bay 3 at the Canadian Space Agency’s David Florida Laboratory, 3701 Carling Avenue, Ottawa Ontario, in accordance with these Tender Documents and complete in every respect for a fully operational system (electrical connections, controls, fire alarm connection, programming, commissioning, ductwork, piping etc.). Work is to be completed within 40 weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category - $500,001 to $1,000,000. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT 1.There will be a site visit on December 16th at 10:00 am (EST). Interested bidders are to meet at David Florida Laboratory located at 3701 Carling Avenue, CP11490, Succ. H Ottawa Ontario K2H 8S2. 2.Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have the proper personal protection equipment (safety boots cleaned for indoor use and hard hats). Clean room attire will be provided (clean room coat and hairnet). Wearing a mask is required. Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site. 3.Attendees must comply with Provincial COVID-19 guidelines when attending this optional site-visit. Canada requests that potential bidders limit the number of personnel to a maximum of two (2) personnel attending. 4.Provide the name of the person (for Canadian citizen) who will attend 48 hours in advance. For non-Canadian citizen, provide the name and photocopy of passport 10 business days in advance.
