Trade Agreement: CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes the previous bid solicitation number 23240-210631/B dated July 08, 2021 with a closing of August 25, 2021 at 14:00 EST. A debrief has been provided to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation. Requirement On behalf of Natural Resources Canada - CanmetENERGY, Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the design, supply and delivery of one electric high pressure inline process heater with a controller for the CanmetENERGY G2 Supercritical CO2 system. The design for the heater must meet the requirements detailed in the attached specification sheets. The complete electric circulation heater package must include: i. heating elements; ii. pressure vessel; iii. flanged process connections; and iv. heater controller. Schedule The Contractor must deliver the Electric Circulation Heater and all its related components no later than June 30, 2022. The heater will be delivered at a CanmetENERGY facility within the National Capital Area. Security Requirement There is no security requirement applicable to the resulting Contract. Basis of Selection A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
