Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: This arrangement solicitation cancels and supersedes previous arrangement solicitation number E60HN-21HDMS/A dated June 29, 2021 with a closing of August 18, 2021 at 2pm EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. This requirement is to renew the Supply Arrangement for the relocation, modifications, extensions and consultation services to existing high density mobile shelving (HDMS) as well as installation of new HDMS systems for a period of five (5) years with the option to extend the arrangement by one (1) additional year. This RFSA is for deliveries in all regions of Canada, excluding Nunavut and locations that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). The RFSA will simultaneously include a provision to establish a duplicate Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Businesses (PSAB). Both PSAB and non-PSAB SA will be issued to qualified Suppliers in one or more of the following eight regions: Atlantic, National Capital Region (NCR), Northwest Territories, Ontario, Pacific, Quebec, Western, Yukon. Delivery Date: 25/11/2021 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
