Accommodations will be required for an estimated 31 personnel with a variety of check in and check out dates over the course of two months, with individual stays estimated to last between 12 days and 35 days. Supply Arrangements will be issued to all suppliers whose bids (arrangements) have been deemed compliant to this RFSA. When DND requires these services, a Request for Proposal will be sent to all Supply Arrangement Holders and will include a technical and financial evaluation. Multiple contracts may be awarded to separate suppliers under RFPs resulting from this Supply Arrangement in the event that a single supplier cannot fully meet the requirement. The period for awarding contracts under the Supply Arrangement is from the date of issue to 31 March 2027. This RFSA requires suppliers to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their arrangement electronically. Suppliers must refer to Part 2 of the RFSA entitled Supplier Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSA entitled Arrangement Preparation Instructions for further information on using this method.
