Interested bidders should refer to Part 2 of the solicitation document entitled Instructions to bidders/offerors/suppliers, as the case may be, for instructions on how to participate and submit their files electronically for this tender. This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W6399-22CA25/A dated 13 May 2022 with a closing date of 23 June 2022 at 2:00 pm EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the provision of Waterproof Dry Suits in support of their operational requirements. The Dry Suits must be provided on an “as and when requested” basis through Task Authorization(s). The requirement is detailed under Article 6.2 of the resulting Contract clauses and Annex “A” - Requirement. Canada intends to award one Contract to meet this requirement. The period of the Contract will be from Date of Award to 31 March 2023. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
