Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Technical Electrical Switchboard W2037-200060/A Savoie (MCT), Ginette Telephone No. - (506) 381-2680 Fax No. - (506) 851-6759 The Canadian Forces School of Military Engineering (CFSME), has a requirement to procure Electrical Switchboard Troubleshooting Simulators for training purposes. The Construction Engineering Training Squadron (CETS) falls under CFSME CTC and Canadian Army Doctrine and Training Centre (CADTC). CETS is responsible for providing quality technical training to tradespersons. The Electrical Generator Systems (EGS) section within CETS currently utilizes custom-made electrical troubleshooting units to train its electrical generator system technicians. These units have reached end of life and need to be replaced. The objective of this contract is for a Vendor to deliver one (1) Technical Electrical Switchboard Troubleshooting Simulator (TESTS) with the option to purchase up to an additional twelve (12) units within 3 years following contract award. Trade agreements: The requirement is subject to the provisions Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA), Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement and Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement. Bidders must provide pricing for items listed in Annex “B”. The firm unit price must be in accordance with Annex “A” – Requirement. Prices must be in Canadian funds and must include Canadian customs duties, excise taxes, F.O.B. destination, including all delivery charges specified. Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is extra. There is no security requirement with this request.
