The works also include the redevelopment of room S142 necessary for the construction of 2 new interview rooms. All other information is within the request for proposal document. Following the contract award to the contractor, the contractor must commit to carry out the work within 20 weeks. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT : December 15, 2021 at 11:30AM at Port-Cartier Institution on Chemin de lAéroport PBOX 7070, Port-Cartier G5B 2W2. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we ask the proponents to limit the number of representatives to two individuals (2) and to comply with applicable hygiene measures. Bidders must communicate with Karine Clément at karine.clement@csc-scc.gc.ca no later than December 14, 2021 at 1:00 PM to confirm attendance, provide the name (s) of the person (s) who will attend provide a certification for the Covid-19 Vaccination Policy. Instructions will be emailed to you. Bidders must then, at their discretion, submit their questions to the Contracting Authority by email following the visit as no details can be answered during the site survey. Any clarifications or changes made to the bid solicitation as a result of the site visit will be included in the bid solicitation as an amendment.
