Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Photographic survey of harp seals - DFO Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a requirement for flying systematic strip-transect surveys over sea ice in northeastern Newfoundland, southern Labrador, and in the Gulf of St. Lawrence with the intention of surveying and photographing newborn harp seal pups. We require two (2) twin-engine aircraft with GPS navigation (with backup), radar altimeters and at least one usable seat with a view of the ice ahead of and below the aircraft other than the pilot's, co-pilot's, and camera operator's.
