For the Department of National Defence, establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of outdoor sanitary services to include all supervision, labour, materials, transportation and equipment to pump and dispose of septage from portable latrines, wintertime bagged effluent, grey water containers, and hand wash stations for Garrison Petawawa on an as and when requested basis. The period for call-ups against the Standing Offer will be 1 December 2022 to 30 November 2025. Suppliers who intend to bid on this solicitation but who do not meet the minimum security requirements are invited to request security sponsorship in order to be registered and screened by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC)s Contract Security Program.
