Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: If 2+ bids offer Canadian goods/services other bids will not be considered Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: 1-Requirement: This requirement is for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for CORCAN Industries-Correctional Service Canada for the supply of fabric (end use: blankets). The estimated quantity is 16,000 metres per year. 2-Technical Requirements: The items must meet the technical requirements specified at Annexes "A" of the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO). 3-Period of Standing Offer The Standing Offer will be valid from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of one (1) year with the possibility to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods. 4-Delivery: Delivery must be completed in accordance with the terms specified in the Standing Offer. Items are to be delivered in Quebec to the following locations: Drummondville and Laval. 5-Tendering Procedure and Basis of Selection: - Canadian Content Policy: this requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods. If two (2) + bids offer Canadian goods, other bids will not be considered. - Refer to Part 4 of the Solicitation Document for details. 6-Enquiries To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
