While a complete list of requirements are identified in the Request for Standing Offer document, some requirements a successful Offeror must meet are have manufacturer authorization to distribute their products nationally within Canada and the ability to provide both on-site and virtual training. The proposed NISO will be for a one (1) year period with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional two (2) year periods. There will be a maximum of one (1) standing offer authorized under this NISO. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
