Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: 13 Ton Portable Chiller 23240-220584/A Van Den Hanenberg, Stephen Telephone No. - 343-540-8371 13 Ton Portable Chiller Natural Resources Canada has a requirement for the supply of a 13-Ton air cooled portable chiller which will be used indoors and be used during the operation of existing research systems (pilot scale reverse osmosis, laboratory scale vacuum membrane distillation, pilot scale vacuum membrane distillation, and pilot scale nanofiltration/microfiltration) related to membrane technology development. The requirement also includes an Extended Warranty which extends the compressor parts warranty for an additional five years. The Contractor must provide all of the following: (i) One 13-Ton air cooled portable chiller including all hardware and power supplies, and one year warranty including Maintenance and Support Services; (ii) Documentation; (iii) Training; and (iv) 5 Years Extended Warranty including Maintenance and Support Services. Delivery Date: The Contractor must deliver all deliverables on or before March 25 2022. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
