The delivery is required in Ottawa, Ontario 6 to 10 weeks after contract award. Note to Bidders --------------- The bidders must submit firm unit price. All prices must be submitted in Canadian currency. Customs duties are included and applicable taxes are extra. Evaluation Process ------------------ Bidders must meet all the mandatory criterion described in the Request for Proposal. Inquiries --------- To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
