In alignment with this important measure, all supplier personnel (including subcontractor personnel) who access federal government workplaces will also be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. ____________ REQUIREMENT In general, work under this contract consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment, and materials for HVAC control system upgrade at Ardowan National Historic site. PERIOD OF CONTRACT / DELIVERY DATE Contractor shall perform and complete the Work no later than March 22, 2022. ENQUIRIES All enquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted in writing to the Contractual Authority: Sandra Lomax, telephone - (506) 639-8503, facsimile -sandra.lomax@pwgsc.gc.ca. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Enquiries are to be made in accordance with S103 - Enquiries During the Solicitation Period, under Special Instructions To Bidders in the solicitation document INFORMATION: Standard bid and contract security for construction is required. Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public Works and Government Services and may be viewed at buyandsell.gc.ca.
