Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: EC015-222005/A Stockman (PWJ), Sonia Telephone No. - (506) 961-7412 Fax No. - (506) 851-6759 GSIN: 5138C Floating Plant Dredging - Les Aboiteaux, Pointe Sapin, Chockpish and Botsford The work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for Floating Plant Dredging of Class "B" underwater materials at the following locations: .1 Pointe Sapin Channel .2 Les Aboiteaux Channel .3 Chockpish Channel .4 Botsford channel and placing dredged material at the ocean disposal site at each of the wharf location, in the Westmorland and Kent Counties, Gulf Region New Brunswick, in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and condition of contract. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work as follows: .1 Pointe Sapin channel to be dredged 30m wide, to elevation -1.8m below chart datum by May 01 2022. .2 Les Aboiteaux Channel to be dredged 30m wide, to elevation -1.8m below chart datum by May 10 2022. .3 Chockpish Channel to be dredged 30m wide, to elevation -1.8m below chart datum by May 10 2022. .4 Botsford Channel to be dredged 30m wide, to elevation -1.8m below chart datum by May 20 2022. Epost: This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to SI05 entitled Submission of Bid for further information. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
