See specifications and drawings for further details on the requirement for this project. "The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)." Delivery Date: Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 21 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Note to potential bidders: Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
