Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS REGARDING BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Quebec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. Bids must be submitted by fax to the number indicated in the bid solicitation or electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows bidders to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level. Hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation. TITLE: Pallet Fork Carrier SECURITY REQUIREMENT This procurement does not contain a security requirement. REQUIREMENT The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply, a Pallet Fork Carrier for delivery in Canadian Force Base, Alouette, Quebec, as specified in Annex A of the request for proposal. TRADE AGREEMENT The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) DELIVERY DATE All deliverables must be received no later than eighteen(18) weeks following Contract Award. COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT STRATEGY Lowest/Lower Bid. All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for proposal must be sent in writing only to the contracting authority named in the Request for proposal. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in their official languages. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
