BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. Bids must be submitted by fax to the number indicated in the bid solicitation or electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. Hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation. Ile St-Ours, during the 2021-2022 Winter layout, located at 15 rue Prince, Sorel-Tracy, Quebec, J3P 4J4, in accordance with the Technical Specifications attached as Annex A and all related drawings. b) To carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in paragraph a) above. End: February 25, 2022. BIDDERS’ CONFERENCE No bidders' conference is planned for this requirement. VIEWING - VESSEL (OPTIONAL) No Vessel Viewing is planned for this requirement. TRADE AGREEMENTS The requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the WTO-AGP (Annex 4) and the other international trade agreements under the provision each has for shipbuilding and repair.
