The Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of lathes for their student workshop in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. 2. It is intended to result in the award of a contract. 3. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract award to May 31, 2022, inclusive. 4. There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract. 5. The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. 6. Please refer to the Part 4, Article 4.2.1 - Mandatory Technical Criteria for the complete list of mandatory evaluation criteria. 7. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. 8. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds.
