Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Software W0114-210004/A The Royal Military College of Canada (RMC), Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), has a requirement for the supply and delivery of MIL-STD-1553 equipment and software including interface cards, analyzer software, bus recorder and bus recorder software. This equipment is to support research on platform cyber defense operation and the delivery of courses in security of platform and operational technology systems. The delivery date is February 28, 2022. This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. Mandatory Technical Criteria The Bidder must complete the Software Publisher Authorization Form. Basis of Selection A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
