1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/C and covers a requirement from the following Product Categories of the SA: - Product Category 1 - Interconnecting Panels and Freestanding Systems; - Product Category 2 - Freestanding Height Adjustable Desk/Table Products; - Product Category 3 - Metal Filing and Storage Cabinets; - Product Category 6 – Support Space – Collaborative Furniture 2. The Canada Revenue Agency has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of office furniture to 2575 Boulevard Saint-Anne Québec, QC G1J 1Y5 no later than eight (8) weeks after contract award. 3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the General Stream of Suppliers (SA holders). 4. This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement(CETA), Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement and the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP). 5. All enquiries regarding this requirement must be directed by email to Samuel Snow( Samuel.snow@cra.gc.ca) Proposal documents and supporting information must be submitted in either English or French. Bids must be received on or before January 13 at 2:00 PM EST. The CRA reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. 6. ADDRESS FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS BIDDERS ARE TO SUBMIT BIDS via ePost TO: Canada Revenue Agency Bid Receiving Unit BRUg@cra-arc.gc.ca Bids will not be accepted if emailed directly to this email address. This email address must be used to request that CRA opens a Connect conversation, as detailed in Standard Instructions 2003. Bidders must not use their own licensing agreement for Connect to initiate a Connect conversation with CRA. Bidders are hereby advised that the Bid Receiving Unit of CRA is available Monday to Friday inclusive, between the hours of 0830 and 1500 EST, excluding those days that the federal government observes as a holiday. Due to the nature of this solicitation, electronic transmissions of a proposal by facsimile is not considered to be practical and therefore will not be accepted. 7. COVID-19 vaccination requirement This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the bid will render the bid non-responsive.
