This requirement is open only to those TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the Quebec Region for the following category: One (1) Human resources consultant (1.1) – Level 3 (Senior) The People, Culture and Workplace Branch, specifically the Director, Business Partnerships, requires the professional services of an experienced human resources consultant. Specifically, this consultant will provide operational staffing services for all groups and levels, in addition to corporate staffing services, which include reviewing training for HR Officers and HR Advisors (following the cyclical audit), reviewing and updating staffing tools; review and update staffing policies and directives; review and update the departmental appointment framework and related tools; implement the staffing monitoring framework; and report on various staffing, official languages and employment equity issues that have an impact on staffing. The People, Culture and Workplace Branch, specifically the Director, Strategic Partnerships, requires the professional services of a human resources consultant to review and update policies, guidelines, directives, and procedures.
