NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Title: Relocation, Dismantling and Installation Services Solicitation Number: 202200715/B Publication Date: January 18, 2022 Closing Date and Time: February 8, 2022 Trade Agreements: Not Applicable Region of Opportunity: Canada Region of Delivery: Ottawa, Ontario GSIN: V502A – Relocation Services Notice Type: Request for Proposal (RFP) Tendering Procedure: Open Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for Relocation, Dismantling and Installation Services. The RCMP will require the services of one (1) Mover and one (1) Installer. The contract period will be for 6 months from the date of contract award with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional one-year periods. There is a security component attached to this requirement. Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit at: robyn.dagg@rcmp-grc.gc.ca Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
