In an effort to improve consistency of testing operations, as well as minimize the risks to research personnel, CERL intends to purchase a "Tactical Robot" which would be used to physically manipulate test equipment and explosives as well as monitor testing remotely from a safe distance. The type of tactical robot being sought by CERL is of the type typically employed by law enforcement personnel during explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) or special weapons and tactical (SWAT) operations. The requirement includes all of the following: - Remote-Controlled Tactical Robot and required accessories; - Technical documentation; - Technical Support; - Assistance with on-site installation; and - On-site Training. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
