Description:
REQUIREMENT: Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) requires the services of a Contractor to provide a Bilingual, Online Green Defensive Driver Training Course offered through a web-based learning system. The course shall meet all Canadian federal regulations that apply, be provided in English and French, which employees in all provinces can access, as required, to meet mandatory training to equip them with the skills and knowledge to operate vehicles safely. The course must be "off the shelf" and ready to deliver within one month of contract award. A detailed description of the services can be found in the RFP documents, Appendix B, Statement of Work. Canada intends to complete the review of proposals received and award a contract for April 1, 2022. The period of the contract will be for 2 years with the possibility to extend the contract for 3 additional 1 year periods. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS: Proposals will be accepted by email only. Bids shall be emailed to melissa.smith3@agr.gc.ca AND aafc.wscprocurement-csoapprovisionnement.aac@agr.gc.ca. * Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid documents through the GETS service provider at http://Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Firms that obtain bid documents from a source other than the official site run the risk of not receiving a complete package.
