RFP Scope: FCC is looking to implement a consent and preference management solution to provide: 1) individuals with a dynamic experience to exercise choice and control over (what/how personal information is collected, used, and shared by (or on behalf of) FCC, and when/how they’d prefer to engage with FCC, making choices about communication frequency, topics, and channels), and 2) a single source of the truth for consent data to ensure FCC is easily able to comply with the authorization provided.
