RFP Scope: Digital transformation, cloud-based computing and remote work experience has illuminated an opportunity to enhance FCC’s privacy and security controls for outbound email. FCC intends to enhance control capabilities to reduce potential breaches of personal or other sensitive information types whether collaborating internally or sharing information, data and records with third parties including customers of FCC via email. FCC is looking for one (1) Proponent that will provide a single solution that will assist in reaching the future state, as defined in the RFP.
