DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is being issued for Statistics Canada to require transportation services to haul two (2) sets of MECs between cities across Canada. QUALIFICATION Any interested bidder can compete, without having to confirm with the Standing Offer Authority, unless it would not be consistent with the business requirements of efficient operations. EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY Lowest-Price Responsive Technical Proposal SECURITY REQUIREMENTS N/A DURATION OF STANDING OFFER It is to award up to three (3) Standing Offers (SO). Each resulting SO has a two-year initial period until December 31, 2024, plus one (1) irrevocable option two-year period allowing Canada to extend the term of the SO.
