The period of the RISO will be for one year with three (3) one-year options. Two (2) standing offers will be issued. The lowest priced compliant offeror will receive 60% of the follow-on work, while the second placed lowest compliant offeror will receive 40% of the follow-on work under this requirement. There is a security requirement associated with this solicitation. This offie provides service to the public in english.
