COVID-19 vaccines are a critical tool that reduce the risk of COVID-19 and protect broader public health. As a responsible employer, the Government of Canada is committed to protecting the health and safety of its employees. On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced its Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. In alignment with this important measure, all supplier personnel (including subcontractor personnel) who access federal government workplaces will also be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This requirement will enter into effect on November 15, 2021. This PSPC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages of Canada. RISO Kitchen Accessories, Cleaning Products & Cleaning Chemicals There is a Mandatory Site Visit scheduled to take place at Kitchen/Building H33 on Oak Street at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown at 10h00 ADST on Wednesday December 8nd, 2021. NOTE: In case of Inclement Weather on this date, suppliers must call Leesa Young, Supply Officer, at 506-871-1716. A message on the voice mailbox will advise if the Site Visit is cancelled or not. If it is, an alternate date will also be provided. Bidders should communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 12:00pm (noon) December 7st, 2021 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Due to Covid19 restrictions we may have to limit the number of attendees for each supplier attending. Bidders are required to submit the Covid-19 Certification (Annex E) prior to entering the premises. Bidders who do not confirm attendance, provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend, or who do not complete and submit the below certification as required will NOT BE ALLOWED ACCESS to the site. REQUIREMENT: Requesting a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply & delivery of Kitchen Accessories, Cleaning Supplies and Cleaning Chemicals to Department of National Defence at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown in Oromocto, New Brunswick on an as and when requested basis which includes the provision of all Dispensing Units & Related Equipment all in accordance with Annex A, the Requirement and Annex B, the List of Products for the period from 01 April, 2022 to 30 March, 2023 with the option to renew for one (1) additional one (1) year period. All Dispensing Units, including all batteries, and Related Equipment MUST be provided and will include all maintenance on a regular monthly & emergency basis at no cost to DND. During the entire period of the standing offer DND will determine what is required and will specify where the equipment needs to be installed. MANDATORY CRITERIA: The supplier MUST be compliant with the Requirement at Annex "A", the List of Products at Annex "B" and Conditions of the Request for Standing Offer Suppliers must provide a price for ALL items at Annex "B". BASIS OF SELECTION/EVALUATION: Only one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded to lowest aggregate bid, total extended cost of all items, including both years, meeting ALL mandatory requirements. NOTE: The period of the proposed standing offer will overlap that of the existing standing offer for (2) weeks. This overlap will permit the removal of existing dispensers and related equipment, and installation of new equipment, in the event that the standing offer is not awarded to the incumbent supplier. This period should also be used to replace, substitute or add equipment if required or requested by DND. Suppliers intending to submit tenders on this requirement should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and standing offer documents.
