Description:
The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) CFO and Deputy CFO (DCFO) have undertaken the task to establish and develop the accountability frameworks at PHAC. The Contractor will provide expertise, guidance, and support to Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Management Branch (CFOCMB) team members in the implementation and strengthening of each of PHAC’s renewed accountability frameworks noted (i.e. FAF, G&C, and SSPs) across the department. The Contractor must incorporate the new legislative and Treasury Board policy instrument elements into the completion of the tasks, and support the implementation and strengthening of PHAC’s renewed accountability frameworks as noted. This is to be undertaken in line with the FAA accountabilities of the President as the Accounting Officer, as well as Treasury Board Policy on Financial Management requirements, guidelines, and best practices in the federal government.
