SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Complex. Trade agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada free trade agreements with Chile/Colombia/Honduras/Panama, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement. Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid. Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest priced compliant bid. Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Aboriginal Suppliers. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada is looking for a Contractor to provide snow removal service to the Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Complex, located at 244, Chemin Gibson,, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines (Quebec) J5N 1V8, in compliance with Annex A, Statement of Work of the Request for Quotation. It is mandatory that the Bidder or its representative visits the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit, which will take place on September 13, 2022 at 10:00 at the following address : Correctional Service of Canada, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Complex, Building 9: 244, Chemin Gibson, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines (Québec) J5N 1V8. For the site visit, wearing a mask is mandatory. Bidders that will attend the site visit need to confirm their participation by providing the name of the person attending the site visit, by e-mail at 341-Specialistedentretien@CSC-SCC.GC.CA, no lather than September 11, 2022. When he present himself to the site visit, the Contractor must ensure that he has a proof of identity in his possession. Bidders that do not confirm their attendance and do not provide the name(s) of the person(s) attending the site visit will be denied access to the site. Bidders will be requested to sign an attendance form. No further appointments will be given to bidders who will not attend the site visit or send a representative. Objectives: Provide snow removal service to the Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Complex as per the requirements of Annex A, Statement of Work of the Request for Quotation. Deliverables: The Contactor must provide snow removal service to the Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Complex in compliance with the requirements of Annex A, Statement of Work of the Request for Quotation. These services include but are not limited to: the snow removal and maintenance of the main roads, sidewalks, parking lots and other sectors, application of abrasives and/or ice melters and ice removal. Term of the Contract Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of November 1st, 2022 to October 31st, 2023 inclusively, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1)-year period.
