Trade Agreement: CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Title : Submersible Oil Response Instruments Description: The Emergencies Science and Technology Section (ESTS) of Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires two (2) submersible oil response instruments. These two (2) instruments must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements described in Annex - A but including determine, by fluorescence, concentrations of crude oils, refined fuels, and chlorophyll in marine and freshwater systems. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2022. The requirement also includes delivery to Ottawa, manuals, a twelve (12) month warranty, and maintenance and support. Bids will be assessed against the requirements of the solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for the contract award. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposals process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for proposals process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages.
