NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Organization: Department of National Defence GSIN: D302A – Informatics Professional Services This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories: Stream 1: Application Services Category: One (1) A.2 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Functional Analyst, Level 3 The following SA holders have been invited to submit a proposal: Calian Ltd. Computer Sciences Canada Inc. / Les sciences de l'informatique Canada Inc. Eperformance Inc. HubSpoke Inc. iFathom Corp., Simfront Simulation System Corporation, ING Engineering Inc., in joint venture Maplesoft Consulting Inc. MNP LLP PlanIT Search Inc. Pleiad Canada Inc. Promaxis Systems Inc. SoftSim Technologies Inc. Systematix IT Solutions Inc. / Systematix Technologies de L'Information Inc. / Les Services Conseils Systematix Inc., in joint venture. The Devon Group Ltd. Tiree Facility Solutions Inc. Valcom Consulting Group Inc. Description of Work: The Department of National Defence requires one (1) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Functional Analyst, Level 3, to support Distribution Resource Planning (DRP) in-service as part of the Director Supply Chain Operations (DSCO) DRP Strategic Support Cell. The Resource will analyze in detail both the software used for DRP, Insight and be able to assist users and teach. The Resource will assist in the development of continuing changes to the interface between the Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS) and DRP, and the related impact on the DRP and Insight applications. The Resource will also provide functional and technical knowledge transfer to super users and DRP support staff. The Resource may also engage in the study and implementation of a successor to DRP. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. The period of any resulting contract will be from the date of Contract award to one (1) year later. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to four (4) additional 1-year periods under the same conditions. Services similar to those described in this requirement were being provided through TBIPS Contract W6381-19-0029 with Maplesoft Consulting Inc. The period of the Contract was from 22 February 2019 to 6 August 2021, and it was valued at $698,859.07, taxes included. There are security requirements associated with this requirement.
