The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. Bids must be submitted by fax to the number indicated in the bid solicitation or electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows bidders to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level. Hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation. TITLE: TRAINING FOR A LINK-BELT RTC 8050 MOBILE CRANE SECURITY REQUIREMENT This procurement does not contain a security requirement. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The training and materials training for the Link-Belt RTC 8050 crane will allow the opportunity for military and civilians here in Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Bagotville to become fully qualified to use the Link-Belt RTC 8050 crane, stay current on their qualifications and gain the ability to teach other individuals in the future as required. TRADE AGREEMENT None This requirement is limited to Canadian services. DELIVERY SCHEDULE The training have to be 120 hours long eight (8) hours per day of teaching minimum and must begin no later than December 1st 2021. COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT STRATEGY Lowest/Lower Bid. All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for proposal must be sent in writing only to the contracting authority named in the Request for proposal. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in their official languages. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
