Title: RISO LIFESAFETY TESTING, SYSTEM REPAIRS AND/OR REPLACEMENT Location: Various Locations, Yukon Territory Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCA) This procurement is subject to the Carcross/Tagish First Nations Final Agreement, Champagne and Aishihik First Nations Final Agreement, Kluane First Nation Final Agreement, Kwanlin Dun First Nation Final Agreement, Little Salmon/Camacks First Nations Final Agreement, First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun Final Agreement, Selkirk First Nation Final Agreement, Ta’an Kwach’an Council Final Agreement, Teslin Tlingit Council Final Agreement, Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Final Agreement and Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation Final Agreement. Work Description: Public Works has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of Life safety Testing, System Repairs and/or Replacement Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is for Life Safety services, installations, alterations, testing and repair work, as and when required, at detachments or houses located throughout the Yukon Territory for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The Contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools and, equipment for the complete service of Life Safety systems in accordance with local, provincial and Federal requirements. The Standing Offer is for a 1-year fixed term from date of award with two option years. The Standing Offer value is estimated to be $750,000.00 (GST included). Only one (1) Standing Offer will be authorized. THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT: The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, with approved Document Safeguarding at the level of Protected B, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to CLASSIFIED/PROTECTED information, assets or sensitive site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET, or RELIABILITY STATUS, as required, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC. Delivery Date: It is PWGSC's intention to authorize one (1) standing offer for a period of 1 year with 2 - 1 year option periods.
