This is a Notice of Intent to award a Sole-Source Purchase Order and is not a request for competitive proposals. The authority for this sole-source procurement is FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Gordon intends to issue a Sole-Source, Firm-Fixed price purchase order to Technology Authority, Georgia (GTA) 47 Trinity Ave SW STE 600 Atlanta, GA 30334-9027 CAGE Code: 1U3U1 | UEI: K37BS5HDD1R6: The requirment will provide the data link enabling Fort Gordon, GA & Gillem Enclave, GA the ablity to access teh National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and Georgia Criminal Information Center (GCIC). The remote Virtual Private Network (VPN) will provide data tranports methods that allows agencies to connect to the GTA mainframe. The data transport connection is the propriety property of GCIC and GTA is the sole source provider. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competive proposals, however, the Government shall consider all responses received by 3:00pm EST on 18 August 2022 . All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish capability to fulfill this requirement. MICC-Fort Gordon will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interest parties in response to this notice.
