ON-SITE ELECTROCHLORINATOR SYSTEM REPLACEMENT SEATTLE, WA INTRODUCTION This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06, effective 05/26/2022. This acquisition is set-aside for small business. All questions must be sent directly to capplegate@usgs.gov by 06/30/2022 at 1200 PDT. DESCRIPTION The US Geological Survey - Western Fisheries Research Center requires an Electrochlorinator System Replacement as described in the attached Statement of Work. The Government seeks competitive firm fixed price quotes to meet or exceed the minimum technical specifications as described in the attached Statement of Work. RELEVENT INFORMATION The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562219, Other Nonhazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal, and associated size standard $41.50 million apply to this announcement, along with Product Service Code M1HB, Operation of Government-Owned Government-Operated Facilities. Quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at capplegate@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 07/05/2022 at 0600 PDT. Proposals submitted by hardcopy or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered. Offerors are to include a technical description of the services being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Evaluation Factors as seen in the Attachment. This may include product literature, references, or other documents, if necessary.
